By completing a purchase of digital content, you acknowledge that you are purchasing instant or scheduled access to digital goods and that you waive any right to a cooling-off period or refund once the content has been made available to you.

5. SEO Audit Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality SEO audits. Our refund policy for SEO audit services is as follows:

Before work commences: If you request a cancellation before any audit work has begun, we may offer a full refund at our discretion.
During the audit process: Once work on your audit has commenced, refunds are not typically available as significant time and resources have been invested.
Quality concerns: If you believe the delivered audit does not meet the expected standard of quality, you must raise this with us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, may offer to revise the audit or provide a partial refund.
After acceptance: Once you have accepted an audit deliverable (either explicitly or by not raising concerns within 7 days of delivery), no refund will be offered.

All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we reasonably believe the audit was delivered to the expected standard and scope.
