Refunds Policy

Overview

This Refunds Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for products and services purchased through SEO-Audits.IO, including SEO webinars, SEO audits, and SEO consulting. Please read it carefully before making a purchase — different rules apply to each type of product or service, as set out below.

SEO Webinars

For SEO webinars purchased through the website, we do not offer refunds on any content once access has been granted. In exceptional circumstances we may offer refunds if a user has purchased the same content more than once mistakenly.

SEO Audits

For SEO audits booked through the website, our policy is that we do not refund for SEO audits unless the work has not yet been started. If an SEO audit is booked but not started, we will refund 75% of the audit cost paid, with 25% retained to cover the loss of the booking slot.

If a client has a complaint about the quality of an SEO audit, we'll perform an internal review of the work. It is at our own discretion to provide refunds; if work has not been completed to the standard expected, we may issue a full or partial refund depending on the issue, as determined by independent assessment.

SEO Consulting

For SEO consulting, any hours booked are non-refundable, unless a client has booked hours in excess of what they require and does not wish to carry those hours over.

Refunds at Our Discretion

Refunds are made at our own discretion. If we fail to meet our obligations, we can and will offer clients a refund in order to maintain business integrity.
