The SEO executive training session is aimed specifically at SEO executives who are looking to improve their SEO skills. These training sessions are designed to provide structured guidance to help accelerate SEO capabilities by teaching methodologies & live demonstrating SEO processes to provide clarity and direction. Whilst there is a lot of free SEO material on the web, a lot of training based content can be out of date or not structured in a way that keeps up with search.
Search is CONSTANTLY evolving – so it can be hard for newer/more junior or less experienced SEOs to keep up – this is why SEO audits IO have launched the new training programs to help SEO’s adopt methodology & testing to sharpen and improve SEO skills.
SEO Executive Upskilling for Agencies
SEO is hard, there’s no point in sugar coating it – whilst there are a lot of social influencers who may say otherwise – SEO is hard, not simply because there’s a lot to it but mainly because it’s evolving at a rapid rate + there’s so much to take in.
It can be daunting for SEO executives working in agencies to find the right path to upskill or to upskill in a shorter timeframe – so, we’ve decided to launch our 101 sessions to help train and teach based on METHODOLOGY.
The reason a lot of SEO training content can become “poor advice” is because quite often training content is written and within months it can become outdated – however those inexperienced / less experienced may not know this.
Thus the 101 sessions from SEO audits IO – a practical training solution that teaches METHODOLOGY and not “at the time” do A B C.

SEO Agencies: Training Your Team
Finding GOOD SEOs is very difficult – with the boom in SEO demand comes a shortfall in SEO talent. Finding GOOD SEOs is hard and can be notoriously expensive when using recruitment agencies.
So – instead we believe it’s BETTER to train good people who want to learn – even with less experience – an SEO given the proper approaches and ways of understanding data + what to do can become as useful as a more experienced SEO in less time – although, irrespective of this, good SEOs still need to practice.
SEO Agencies: Improving Client Results
SEO is all about getting good results for clients, so, good SEOs are MORE likely to get good results. Improving results for clients improves client retention and ultimately is what an agency needs for sustainability and growth.
Your agency executives will be trained by Daniel Foley Carter who has 15 years experience running an SEO agency – so all of the challenges will be covered – effectively, where SEO issues commonly crop up, we’ll teach executives how to address it.
- How to set and manage client expectations
- How to report during work delivery and growth
- Processes to repeat to better sustain onward SEO growth
- How to adapt your SEO strategy to meet shifting search updates
- Pre-empting client losses with tone of voice
- And more
Great for SEO Agencies Looking to Upskill SEO Executives
The SEO industry has seen SIGNIFICANT growth – especially post COVID – demand for online visibility has increased substantially. With a rapid shift to digital + mass adoption, more and more businesses are looking for SEO services – so, naturally, there will be a demand for SEO executives at agency level.
However, it’s notoriously hard for agencies to find good people.
Lot’s of “SEO executives” are still stuck in the early 2000s, focusing on the wrong things for numerous different reasons.
Our 101 sessions will help agency SEO execs level up their expertise to bring better results, better workflow management & overall better performance.
What SEO Executives Will Learn
During the training session we’ll be going through ALL KEY things that SEO executives should know and understand. We’ll be going through these items within the training session. Further supportive guidance will be offered with videos that explain key processes.
These key skills are fundamental for personal SEO growth and development.
A lot of what is taught is methodology based – understanding what, where, why.

The BEST SEOs aren’t just people good with data but are also driven by people who are able to plan, action/implement and test.
No 2 SEO campaigns are EVER the same – and this is where a lot of SEO agency based SEO goes wrong – using the same templated approach over and over again.
In the SEO training session for SEO executives – we structure your learning but expect your processes to be based on a case by case basis – i.e. you are within an SEO agency or SEO in-house role and instead of following a pre-defined set of rules, you are able to understand how to prioritise based on the website being worked on.

However – it is here that an intermediate SEO executive can learn more advanced processes within SEO such as leveraging full data exporting from search console, evaluating query counting, better understanding how to address traffic losses, manual actions and more.
